Dave Snowden is the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Cognitive Edge Pte. Ltd., an organization which focuses on the development of the theory and practice of sense making. He has an international reputation as speaker and thought leader and mixes research with practice in a range of organizations. He holds teaching appointments in several universities as well as advisory positions to Governments and Industry worldwide.
A researcher and consultant, Larry Prusak is the Founder and Executive Director of the IBM Institute for Knowledge Management (IKM), a global consortium of member organizations engaged in advancing the practice of knowledge management through action research. He is also a Senior Advisor to NASA on knowledge issues. A noted authority in his field, Larry has lectured and published widely, his most recent book being The Future of Knowledge (Harvard Business School Press, 2008).
