Paradigm Systems Berhad

was incorporated in Malaysia on 14 February 1994 and commenced operations on 1 August 1994, providing Information and Knowledge Management solutions to both public and private sector organisations. The Company was converted into a public limited company on 9 June 2004.

In 1997, Paradigm Systems Berhad, entered into a joint development collaboration with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) to develop ILMU™. Today, Paradigm Systems Berhad offers four proprietary product lines developed in-house, namely ILMU™, NeuSync™, NeuWeb™, and NeuLogic™, with NeuLogic™ positioned as Paradigm Systems Berhad’s flagship Knowledge Management platform, conceptualised in 1999.

Paradigm Systems Berhad was awarded Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status in July 2000, reflecting national recognition of its technological capabilities. The Company is also ISO 9001:2000 certified, with accreditation from the Department of Standards Malaysia (DSM) and UKAS.

Paradigm Systems Berhad’s industry standing is further reinforced by its recognition among Deloitte’s Top 500 Technology Companies in Asia Pacific and its selection by the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC) to participate in the QuESTS Programme, underscoring Paradigm Systems Berhad’s commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
