SV Lingam founded Paradigm Systems Berhad (“Paradigm”) in 1994 and has helmed the organization since then. An IT veteran with 25 years extensive experience not only in software development but also in business management and marketing, he established Paradigm on a solid foundation. His passion for quality is all encompassing and he takes great pains to inculcate core values such as loyalty, commitment, responsibility, honesty and integrity among the employees of Paradigm.

Goh Keng Yew
Executive Director (Research & Development)

Goh Keng Yew has been with the Company since its inception in 1994. He started his career as a Systems Engineer and ascended the hierarchy of the Company and is now a key member of Paradigms management team. Goh, as he is known in the industry, has built a solid foundation with knowledge and skills in software development methodologies, effective project management and of late in human resource development, especially the skills upgrade of research and development knowledge workers.

Geeta Albert
Executive Director (Business Development)

Geeta Albert joined Paradigm on 1 August 1994. She specialized in product conceptualization, systems and database design. She also has extensive experience in the implementation and project management of large Information and Knowledge Management Systems. Geeta Albert is very well versed with the intricacies of the Machine Readable Catalog (MARC), having implemented a broad spectrum of representations ranging from US MARC, LC MARC, MALMARC to MARC 21.

In her current position, she identifies the needs of potential clients and maps against the solutions developed by Paradigm. She also conceptualizes and designs the framework of solutions that would assist Paradigm’s clients. Geeta has presented papers related to Knowledge Management and is an accomplished speaker.
