SV Lingam
Managing Director/CEO


SV Lingam founded Paradigm Systems Berhad (“Paradigm”) in 1994 and has helmed the organization since then. An IT veteran with 25 years extensive experience not only in software development but also in business management and marketing, he established Paradigm on a solid foundation. His passion for quality is all encompassing and he takes great pains to inculcate core values such as loyalty, commitment, responsibility, honesty and integrity among the employees of Paradigm.


Goh Keng Yew
Executive Director (Research & Development)


Goh Keng Yew has been with the Company since its inception in 1994. He started his career as a Systems Engineer and ascended the hierarchy of the Company and is now a key member of Paradigms management team. Goh, as he is known in the industry, has built a solid foundation with knowledge and skills in software development methodologies, effective project management and of late in human resource development, especially the skills upgrade of research and development knowledge workers.


Geeta Albert
Executive Director (Business Development)


Geeta Albert joined Paradigm on 1st August 1994. She specialized in product conceptualization, systems and database design. She also has extensive experience in the implementation and project management of large Information and Knowledge Management Systems. Geeta Albert is very well versed with the intricacies of the Machine Readable Catalog (MARC), having implemented a broad spectrum of representations ranging from US MARC, LC MARC, MALMARC to MARC 21.

In her current position, she identifies the needs of potential clients and maps against the solutions developed by PSB. She also conceptualizes and designs the framework of solutions that would assist PSB’s clients. Geeta has presented papers related to Knowledge Management and is an accomplished speaker.


Mazitah Hussin
Executive Director (Sales & Marketing)

Mazitah Hussin is a member of the pioneer team that founded PSB in 1994. She commenced her career in IT as a computer programmer and gradually moved on to positions such as Systems Analyst and Systems Manager. Mazitah has attended various sales and management training programs, both in Malaysia and Overseas. With her systems background she naturally fitted into the Sales and Marketing arena. She is able to translate the needs of the clients into workable solutions. Mazitah has built a solid foundation on classifying information and knowledge with the aid of taxonomy management tools developed by PSB. Her knowledge in this area, translates into ensuring that PSB’s clients are offered solutions that are implementable and that add value to the clients organization.


William Cheah
Finance & Administration Manager


William Cheah is a Chartered Management Accountant of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), United Kingdom and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). William has extensive finance and administration experience in various industries amongst others trading, manufacturing, construction, property development & investment, food & beverage, quarry and leisure. He has also held various positions in Public Listed Companies including, Manager, Group Accounts and Manager, Corporate Services, prior to joining Paradigm in April 2004.


Chiu Yee Weay
Unit Manager (R&D)


Chiu Yee Weay, graduated with a Bsc. (Computer Science) degree, majoring in Software Engineering, from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2001. He joined Paradigm Systems Berhad (PSB) as a Systems Engineer in June 2001. Over the 3years in Paradigm, he had shown exceptional dedication and commitment. His performance could not be ignored and he was promoted to the position of Unit Manager (Research and Development) in 2004.

Chiu Yee Weay, is primarily responsible for design, development and testing of the software solutions. He is extremely quality conscious and is an integral member of Paradigm’s ISO and CMMI committee. He has attended various technical and management training. He has sound knowledge of software development methodologies and oversees their implementation and refinement in Paradigm.


Y. Mani
Unit Manager (Implementation)

Mani Yangkatisal, holds a Diploma in Computer Studies from National Computing Centre (UK). He started his career as a Programmer with Business Computers Sdn Bhd in 1990. He joined Paradigm in 1994 as a Systems Engineer and was promoted to Unit Manager (Implementation & Customer Support) in January 2001. Y. Mani has over 14 years experience in Implementation, Project Management, Data Migration, Disaster Recovery and Training of users of Information and Knowledge Management Systems.

Y. Mani has attended training in operating systems such as UNIX and Windows and is conversant in programming languages such as Visual Basic, COBOL, C++, Java and ASP. He was involved in the initial stages of the development of ILMU, NeuSync, NeuWeb and NeuLogic. Y. Mani has extensive experience in data migration and understands the intricacies of ISO 2709, CCF and MARC data formats. He has also written objects conforming to SIPSII protocol and other interface objects to Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and smart cards.
